Use of the App

CodeVoice provides educational and productivity features for learning and revision. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not misuse the service.

Accounts and Purchases

Some app features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the platform store and any connected billing provider, such as RevenueCat.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Access to premium features may end when a subscription expires or is cancelled.

User Content

You may create notes, recordings, and other personal content in the app. You retain responsibility for the content you create and for ensuring you have the right to store or use that material.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the app or its services
• Use the app for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to bypass subscription or purchase protections

Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Disclaimer

CodeVoice is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
